Due to hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned if they have been been removed from their packet. Items that have clearly had the packaging and/or label tampered with and are returned to us will be disposed of, and no refund, credit or replacement will be issued.
Colour Disclaimer
Pictures used on our website are actual photos taken of our products and whilst we take great care in describing the appearance of our products, colours may appear to vary slightly as monitors can vary in tone quite a bit.
Returns - Faulty items
We check all items in outgoing orders for visible defects and accuracy before being posted out to you.
If you find that we’ve missed something we will gladly replace the item or give you store credit towards another item. In this instance, please write us within 7 days of receiving your products and let us know the issue with your order and we will resolve it ASAP
Please allow up to 48 hours for responses to return queries.
Returns - Voluntary
We will accept returns on items that are incorrectly ordered within 2 weeks of your receipt of them.
Returns must be authorised by us, before you post anything back. The items must still be sealed/unopened in re-saleable condition to qualify for a refund. The items must be returned to us (post marked) within 6 weeks of the date given on your invoice/sales receipt. Be sure to get a tracking number from whomever you ship your return with, as we cannot offer reimbursement for returns not received. Postage costs will not be reimbursed and refund will not be offered for products that have been removed from packaging due to hygiene reasons.
Please note: postage costs incurred by us to post your original order will NOT be refunded, even if the order qualified for "Free Postage".
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product purchased, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your goods. Items can only be exchanged if they are still unopened in their original packing in re-saleable condition.
Postage costs to send products back to us and have replacements sent out to you (the buyer), will be at the buyer's expense. We normally recommend the buyer includes a prepaid satchel with their return for us to send the replacement products.
Returns for wholesale buyers
If you are returning more than 50% of your sock order, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged. Any items still new in package are eligible for store credit or refund. Items taken out and then put back in their package will not be considered “new in package”.
